3. DEFINITION OF PERSONAL DATA AND INFORMATION RELATING TO PROCESSING ACTIVITIES
According to the GDPR, by common personal data we mean: "any information regarding a natural person identified or identifiable; a natural person is considered identifiable if he can be identified, either directly or indirectly, with particular reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online ID or one or more characteristic elements of his physical, physiological, genetic, psychological, economic, cultural or social identity" (the "Data").
To be able to send you the newsletter concerning the "Agrilevante" event, FederUnacoma processes with the following types of data: personal data (name, surname, profession) and email;
Providing this personal data is voluntary yet necessary to allow you to receive the newsletter from FederUnacoma; if this data is not provided, you will not be able to benefit from the aforementioned service.
In any case, the Data Controller undertakes to ensure that the information collected and used is appropriate to the purposes described in the following paragraph and that this does not lead to an invasion of your personal privacy.
4. PURPOSES OF THE PROCESSING
a. To follow up on your requests
The Data Controller may process your personal data in order to send you communications relating to the Agrilevante event. FederUnacoma will carry out this activity in compliance with the principles of the GDPR in order to enable you to receive the requested information. The legal basis for the processing is the performance of a contract or the execution of pre-contractual measures to which you are party. The provision of data is voluntary. However, your refusal to the release or your complete objection to the processing for the purposes set out in this point may still make it impossible for us to provide you with the service you have requested. In any event, you may object at any time to receiving such communications by writing to the Data Controller or the DPO at dpo@federuncoma.it.
b. For marketing purposes
The Data Controller may process your Personal Data in order to send you communications of a commercial nature and/or promotional initiatives for the purpose of directly offering its products and/or services similar to those you have already subscribed to (e.g. updated information on our projects, activities and events). The legal basis for such processing is the legitimate interest of the Data Controller. In any event, you may object at any time to receiving such communications by writing to the Controller at info@federunacoma.it.
c. For indirect marketing purposes
With your express and specific consent, the Controller may send you commercial communications relating to services or products of companies operating in the sectors you are interested in. Commercial communications may be sent using traditional systems (paper mail, operator calls) and automated communication systems (e.g. SMS, email, fax). You may revoke your consent to the use of your Data for the purposes described in this paragraph at any time by writing to the Data Controller at dpo@federuncoma.it.
d. For the communication and/or transfer of your data to third parties
Furthermore, subject to your express and specific consent, FederUnacoma may communicate and/or transfer some of your data to third party companies operating in sectors of your interest. These companies, as autonomous data controllers, may use your data for commercial and promotional purposes. Again, you may revoke your consent to the disclosure and/or transfer of your Data at any time by writing to the Controller at email address dpo@federunacoma.it.
e. Profiling
FederUnacoma, with your express and specific consent, will carry out profiling activities aimed at understanding your possible needs in relation to the offer of new services based on the preferences you have expressed. With reference to this purpose, the legal basis of the processing is your specific consent, in the absence of which the Data Controller cannot carry out profiling activities on your data. In any case, you can still use the services offered by FederUnacoma.
f. Fulfilment of a legal obligation
FederUnacoma may process your data for purposes relating to the fulfilment of a legal obligation to which the data controller is subject (e.g. for administrative, tax and legal purposes). The legal basis for such processing is therefore the fulfilment of a legal obligation.
g. Protection of a right
FederUnacoma may process your Data for the purposes necessary to ascertain, exercise or defend a right of the Data Controller, including in court, or whenever judicial authorities exercise their jurisdictional functions. The legal basis for such processing is the legitimate interest of the Controller.
5. COMMUNICATION OF THE DATA TO PERSONS LOCATED INSIDE AND OUTSIDE THE EU
Your personal data may be communicated to and processed by external parties operating as independent data controllers pursuant to articles 4 and 24 of the GDPR (e.g. authorities and supervisory and control bodies and, in general, public or private parties entitled to request the data and/or parties operating as Data Supervisors pursuant to art. 28 GDPR), such as, again by way of example, subjects whose services are used for the performance of activities connected with the organisation of the event and related initiatives and/or the publication of multimedia content collected during the event, consultancy companies and/or professional firms and/or professionals, e.g. legal, tax and insurance companies.
The list of Data Supervisors is updated by the Data Controller and is available for inspection from the Data Controller, at privacy@federunacoma.it.
After obtaining your consent, your data may also be disclosed to third-party companies belonging to sectors related to the events and activities organised by the Data Controller with which FederUnacoma may conclude partnership agreements.
In addition, the Data Controller may also communicate your data to persons entitled to it by virtue of legal obligations.
Your data will not be transferred outside the European Union. In any case, should your data be transferred to entities located in non-EU territory, all necessary precautions will be taken to ensure the fullest protection of your Personal Data in compliance with the conditions set out in Article 45 et seq. of the GDPR.
6. STORAGE PERIOD
Your data will be retained for a period of time not exceeding that necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and will be retained for the applicable prescriptive period following the conclusion of the relationship and for as long as there are obligations or fulfilments connected with the execution of that relationship, purposes connected with the fulfilment of legal obligations or the defence of FederUnacoma's rights in court.
Finally, with reference to processing for marketing purposes, profiling and communication and/or transfer of your Data, the Data Controller will process the Data relating to you for the entire duration of the relationship and for as long as there are obligations or fulfilments connected with the execution of that relationship, unless you object or revoke the consent you have given.
7. PROCESSING METHOD
Processing is carried out using manual and/or computerised and telematic tools, in such a way as to guarantee the security, integrity and confidentiality of the data in compliance with the physical and logical organisational measures provided for by the provisions in force, so as to minimise the risks of destruction or loss, unauthorised access, modification and unauthorised disclosure in compliance with the methods set out in Articles 6, 32 of the GDPR.
8. YOUR RIGHTS IN YOUR CAPACITY AS DATA SUBJECT
During the period in which FederUnacoma holds or processes your personal data, you, as a data subject, may at any time exercise the following rights under Articles 15 - 22 GDPR:
Right of access - You have the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of data processing concerning your personal data, as well as the right to receive any information relating to such processing;
Right to rectification - You have the right to obtain rectification or updating of the personal data we hold about you if it is incomplete or inaccurate;
Right to deletion - in certain circumstances, you have the right to obtain the deletion of your personal data in our archives;
Right to limitation of processing - upon the occurrence of certain conditions, you have the right to obtain the limitation of processing of your personal data;
Right to portability - you have the right to obtain the transfer of your personal data in our possession to a different Data Controller;
Right to object - you have the right to object, at any time for reasons connected with your particular situation, to the processing of your personal data, including profiling, based on the lawfulness of the legitimate interest or the performance of a task of public interest or the exercise of public powers, unless there are legitimate reasons for the Data Controller to continue the processing that prevail over the interests, rights and freedoms of the Data Subject or for the assessment, exercise or defence of a right in court;
Right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority - in the event that FederUnacoma refuses to meet your requests for the exercise of the rights recognized under the GDPR, the reasons for such refusal will be given. If applicable, you have the right to lodge a complaint as described in paragraph 9 below.

Should you wish to lodge a complaint about the way in which your data is processed by FederUnacoma, or about the handling of a complaint lodged by you, you have the right to lodge a complaint directly with the Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it)
