3. DEFINITION OF PERSONAL DATA AND INFORMATION RELATING TO PROCESSING ACTIVITIES
Pursuant to the GDPR, personal data means: "any information regarding a natural person identified or identifiable; a natural person is considered identifiable if he/she can be identified, either directly or indirectly, with particular reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online ID or one or more characteristic elements of his/her physical, physiological, genetic, psychological, economic, cultural or social identity" (the "Data").
FederUnacoma will process the Data contained in the application for participation in AGRILEVANTE by EIMA 2025, in order to allow you to participate in the event.
The provision of the personal data is voluntary, however, if it is not provided, it will not be possible to process your request.
4. PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF THE PROCESSING
a. To follow up your requests.
Your Data will be processed by FederUnacoma to follow up on your application to participate in AGRILEVANTE by EIMA 2025 and for the management of the related contractual relationship (e.g. planning of services requested by you, publication of Exhibitor Data in the event catalogue, ancillary services to your participation, publication for promotional purposes on social channels, etc.).
The legal basis for the processing is the performance of a contract or the execution of pre-contractual measures to which you are a party. The provision of Data is voluntary. However, your refusal to release or completely oppose the processing for the purposes referred to in this point may in any case make it impossible to participate in the event or/and to provide you with the service you requested.
b. For marketing purposes.
The Data Controller may process your personal data to send communications of a commercial nature and/or for promotional initiatives to offer directly its products and/or services similar to those that you subscribed to. The legal basis for this processing is the legitimate interest of the Data Controller. In any case, you may object to the receipt of such communications at any time by writing to the Data Controller at the address info@federunacoma.it.
c. Compliance with a legal obligation.
FederUnacoma may process your Data for purposes related to the fulfilment of a legal obligation to which the Data Controller is subject (e.g. for administrative, tax and legal purposes). The legal basis for this processing is therefore the fulfilment of a legal obligation.
d. Protection of a right.
FederUnacoma may process your Data for the purposes necessary to ascertain, exercise or defend a right of the Data Controller, including in court, or whenever the Judicial Authorities exercise their judicial functions. The legal basis for this processing is the legitimate interest of the Data Controller.
e. Statistical analysis.
FederUnacoma through the analysis of Data in aggregated and pseudonymized form (therefore without information directly attributable to the individual data subjects) in order to improve the quality of services, monitor the effectiveness of the initiatives promoted, produce statistical reports and/or behavioral models. The legal basis for this processing is the legitimate interest of the Data Controller.
f. Use of video footage and/or photographs during the Event.
To allow FederUnacoma to take videos and/or photographs during the Event for publication on the Data Controller's websites and social profiles (e.g. Linkedin, Facebook, etc.) and on brochures, catalogues and other printed material promoting the Event. The legal basis for the processing is the legitimate interest of the Data Controller, as the filming carried out by FederUnacoma for this purpose is exclusively generic. Any refusal on its part would make it impossible for FederUnacoma to provide the requested service.
5. COMMUNICATION OF THE DATA TO PERSONS LOCATED INSIDE AND OUTSIDE THE EU
Your Data may be disclosed to the employees and collaborators of the Data Controller in their capacity as persons in charge or responsible for the processing of the same.
The Data Controller may communicate some of your data to subjects which it relies on to carrying out activities related to the organization of the event and related initiatives and/or to the publication of the multimedia contents gathered during the event.
In particular, in order to achieve the purposes described in paragraph 4 above, as an integral part of the processing, your data may be disclosed to external companies, consultants and associates, in the capacity of Data Supervisors.
The list of Data Supervisors is updated by the Data Controller and is available from the latter for consultation.
In addition, the Data Controller may also communicate your data to persons entitled to it by virtue of legal obligations.
Your Data will not be transferred outside the European Union. In any case, if your Data are transferred to subjects located in non-EU territory, all the necessary precautions will be taken in order to ensure the most complete protection of your Personal Data in compliance with the conditions set out in Article 45 et seq. of the GDPR.
6. STORAGE PERIOD
Your Data will be kept for a period of time not exceeding that necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or subsequently processed in accordance with legal obligations.
The data referable to you, collected in order to allow you to participate in a specific event and/or a certain initiative or provided as part of the same will be processed throughout the duration of the event/initiative that the data collection relates to and will be stored for the applicable prescribed period following the conclusion of this event/initiative, solely for purposes related to the fulfilment of legal obligations or the defence of FederUnacoma's rights in court.
7. PROCESSING METHODS
The processing is carried out with manual and/or computer and telematic tools, in order to guarantee the security, integrity and confidentiality of the Data in compliance with the physical and logical organizational measures, provided for by the provisions in force, so as to minimize the risks of destruction or loss, unauthorized access, modification and unauthorized disclosure in compliance with the procedures referred to in art. 6, 32 of the GDPR.
8. YOUR RIGHTS AS A DATA SUBJECT
During the period in which FederUnacoma holds or processes your personal data, you, as Data Subject, may, at any time, exercise the following rights under Articles 15 - 22 GDPR:
Right of access - You have the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of data processing concerning your personal data, as well as the right to receive any information relating to such processing;
Right to correction - You have the right to obtain the correction of your personal data in our possession if they are incomplete or inaccurate;
Right to deletion - in certain circumstances, you have the right to obtain the deletion of your personal data in our archives;
Right to limitation of processing - upon the occurrence of certain conditions, you have the right to obtain the limitation of processing of your personal data;
Right to portability - you have the right to obtain the transfer of your personal data in our possession to a different Data Controller;
Right to object - you have the right to object, at any time for reasons connected with your particular situation, to the processing of your personal data, including profiling, based on the lawfulness of the legitimate interest or the performance of a task of public interest or the exercise of public powers, unless there are legitimate reasons for the Data Controller to continue the processing that prevail over the interests, rights and freedoms of the Data Subject or for the assessment, exercise or defence of a right in court;
Right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority - in the event that FederUnacoma refuses to meet your requests for the exercise of the rights recognized under the GDPR, the reasons for such refusal will be given. If applicable, you have the right to lodge a complaint as described in paragraph 9 below.

9. COMPLAINTS
If you wish to lodge a complaint regarding the manner in which your data are processed by FederUnacoma, or with regard to the management of a complaint you have submitted, you have the right to file an application directly with the Supervisory Authority.
