This information is provided pursuant to Art. 13 of Regulation 679/2016 (EU) ("GDPR") to those who access and use the application called "Agrilevante Application" (the "App"); therefore, any third-party website or other application to which you can be redirected by the App is considered excluded.
This information complements the general privacy statement of Federunacoma Surl available on the institutional channels (e.g.: website) with specific reference to the processing of personal data processed or collected through the App.
1. WHO IS THE DATA CONTROLLER?
FederUnacoma Surl is the data controller of your personal data ("FederUnacoma" or the "Data Controller").
2. WHAT IS THE PERSONAL DATA? WHAT ARE THE PURPOSES OF PROCESSING YOUR DATA?
"Personal Data" means information suitable to identify an individual, directly or indirectly, in this case, You who are browsing or using the App (the "Data").
In particular, FederUnacoma processes the following Data:
Furthermore, we will also be able to acquire some of your Data indirectly, since during the use of the App, the IP address from which your device connects to the internet is identified, as well as the addresses in URI notation (Uniform Resource Identifier) of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numeric code indicating the status of the response given by the server (success, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user's IT environment. Please be advised that this information is used exclusively for statistical purposes and to verify the correct functioning of the App.
Given the above, your Data is processed for the following purposes:
Primarily, in order to fulfil the request made by the user, FederUnacoma will process the Data referred to in point (ii) to allow the concerned party to carry out the download and the correct installation of the App on their mobile device.
Furthermore, FederUnacoma collects your Data directly in order to fulfil the requests you make.
For the purposes of executing the contract stipulated by the user, FederUnacoma will use the Data in order to allow the correct operation of the App and the consequent use of the accessible services by the concerned party, including information on the initiatives and events scheduled during the Agrilevante Exhibition.
Finally, your Data may also be collected and processed in order to carry out activities related to the management, administration and optimization of the App.
Providing the Data referred to in points (i), (ii) and (ix) is entirely voluntary. However, if you refuse to provide it, FederUnacoma will not be able to fulfil your requests.
The collection of the Data referred to in points (iii), (iv), (v), (vii), (viii) is implicit in browsing the App.
In any case, we undertakes to ensure that the information collected and used is appropriate to the purposes described and that this does not lead to an invasion of your personal privacy.
3. WHERE DO WE TRANSFER YOUR DATA?
Your Data will not be transferred to countries located outside the European Economic Area.
If necessary, the Data Controller guarantees the security of the transfer through the use of standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission with decision 2010/87/EU and any subsequent amendments or, alternatively, on the basis of a European Commission adequacy decision, or based on binding company rules and/or any other instrument permitted by the applicable legislation at that time (e.g.: Privacy Shield).
4. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR DATA?
We process the Data for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes indicated in paragraph 2 above.
With reference to the processing for marketing purposes, carried out on the basis of a legitimate interest of the Data Controller, or on the basis of your consent, your Data will be processed for the entire duration of your contract with FederUnacoma and until there are obligations connected to its execution, or as long as you continue to use the services that are offered to you through the App. However, as better specified in paragraph 6, in both cases we will cease to perform the processing if you oppose the processing.
Finally, we reserve the right to keep the login and logout data, as well as some information regarding the use of the App for a longer period, if this is strictly necessary to monitor and sterilize any crimes or other unlawful conduct committed through the App (e.g. hacking, etc.).
5. TO WHOM DO WE COMMUNICATE YOUR DATA?
In addition to what is indicated in the GDPR information available on the Data Controller's institutional channels, your Data could be communicated to companies specifically appointed as Data Processing Manager by FederUnacoma, which provide IT services and perform the IT maintenance, optimization, management and development of the App's functionality.
