The Continuous Merger RT 1220 is the world’s widest merger on the market and it consists of four elements, with a working width of 12,2 m and a pick up width of 10,8 m. Each pick up head and the machine itself are equipped with suspension systems. The Continuous Merger can be folded up for road transport, reaching a width of 4,9 m. The machine hasn't got any braking sistem.
The Continuous Merger RT 1000 consists of three elements, with a working width of 10 m and a pick up width of 8,8 m. It needs a tractor of 100 hp to create a swath every 10 mt, allowing to reduce considerably the cunsumptions. The width of the RT 1000 is not a limit and you can pick up the swath already created arriving to create one single swath every 40 mt. Each pick up head and the machine itself are equipped with suspension systems and it can be folded up for road transport, reaching a width of 3 m.
The Continuous Merger RT 950 consists of three elements, with a working width of 9,5 m and a pick up width of 8,3 m. The width of the RT 950 is not a limit and you can pick up the swath already created arriving to create one single swath every 36 mt. Each pick up head and the machine itself are equipped with suspension systems and it can be folded up for road transport, reaching a width of 2,55 m.
The Continuous Merger RT 870 consists of three elements, with a working width of 8,7 m and a pick up width of 7,6 m. This model can discharge the crop of the three belts on both sides or two belts on one side and the other belt on the other side. In addition to this, the belt of the central element can be uncoupled in order to form one central swath after having picked up all the crop from the ground. This version can work only with the three opened elements and it can be folded up for transport reaching a transport width of 2,55 m.
The Continuous Merger ROC RT 380 is composed of a single element, with a working width of 3,8 m and a pick up width of 3 m. It is equipped with a suspension system, it can be fastened in front or at the back of the tractor, using it in this latter case with inverted drive. The pick-up and the belt of the RT 380 are moved thanks to the tractor hydraulic. The belt of the merger can discharge the crop on the right side or left side. The width for road transport is 3 m.
